Can you use your Nectar card in stores such as Holland and Barrett & Superdrug?

I know you can use your Nectar card on the estores for the above shops, but I can't find anywhere on the Nectar site whether you can actually use the card in the stores themselves. Does anyone know or has used their card in one of the estores actual shops? Thanks.
