I get most of the fat storage in the waist/hips (more of less hips...on the sides) and my chest. Not a whole lot, but if i wait much longer to do something about it people will actually be able to see the fat when i am wearing a shirt. Is a treadmill the best for burning fat, or an elliptical, or stair stepper...i don't know much about weight loss when it comes to exercise...just dieting.
