Insect that has an ant-like body with centipede legs and pincers in front.?

I saw this insect that has an ant-like body with centipede legs and moving pincers in front. Now I know what Earwigs are, these are not Earwigs 'cause this only has pincers in front and many legs like a centipede. Anybody knows what it is?
