How many smuggled weapons are in Central and South America Currently?

Need to know for a report. If clarification is needed: How many illegal weapons are currently being used in Central and South America? When I say I illegal, I am referring to if the weapons in mind were obtained through sources such as organized crime syndicates that deal arms to insurgents and other rebels. NEED SOURCES! Thanks!
