im addicted to darvocet i use to take 4 pills a night then i cut down to 3 and ive been taking them on and off ofr almost 2 years i dont have any symptoms of liver damage but im so worried ive made an appointment to tell my doctor everything but its not for about a week i think i jsut need a peace of mind do you think i could have sever liver damage? or if my doctor takes me off of pain killers will my liver heal itself? i know its so stupid to take so much but im addicted also what can cause liver damage more pain killers or alcohol?

Unfortunately this happens to women all around the world - regardless of their nationality and yes, this happens to several Americans every year. Sometimes they are kidnapped, but oftentimes a trusted "friend" will say that they can get a job overseas as a maid/waitress/nanny, etc and will even help pay for their airplane ticket. As soon as they arrive at their destination, all of their doentation is taken away and captors often threaten the women with their death or the death of their family if they try to escape. It's a sad situation.

Make sure you are drinking at least 8 gles or 2 quarts of water a day. If you are very active outside in the heat you need to drink more. Also, it may sound weird to some, but eat jello. It works for nose bleeds. I don't know the how and why, but if increasing your water does not help, try it.

What should I name my blog?

I'm going to be doing a year of volunteer teaching in Honduras and I want to blog about my thoughts and adventures. I don't know what to name or title my blog so ideas on either would be helpful. It can be in Spanish or in English since I'll be in Honduras. I'll be teaching first grade. The blog name or title could go off my name or nicknames so something with Sarah, Sarita, Rah, Shard, Shardita, Nardozzi, NoDoz would work. Ummmm . . . so I don't know something about traveling, teaching, Spanish? Any ideas?

It's actually not half bad. It definitely needs more refining and adjustments but from what I've read so far, you have a good start. But writing aside, the story needs to have a good plot so keep that in mind while writing and avoid cliches. Good luck.

My dad injured his shoulder about a month ago.?

It turns out that he has a major rotator cuff tear that is limiting his arm movement substantially. The orthopedic doctor told him that surgery might not be an option if the tendons, tissues in his shoulder were too worn down. He is 63 and very active, loves to golf, and I am worried he will not be able to be as active if repairs are not made surgically. Please respond if you have heard of or experienced similar problems or have advice. Are there alternatives to reaching a reasonable recovery?

I got robbed at knife point a few years ago and then my house got broken into and then I caught three other burgleries in my street all in one year. Before this I was fearless but in an irresponsible way I would walk home on my own really late at night and get in unmarked taxis all sort of stupid stuff. All these incidents have made me really careful but surely thats a good thing? my friends think i need to see a councilor because i get so afraid sometimes but i think its good to be aware of danger rather than the way i was before what do you think?

I know that during our revolution, boys to men about 70 survived 31 mile a day ruck marches, mostly with no shoes. I guess the trick is regulating body with lots of water and proper clothing. A huge chunk of it is pure will power. It should also be taken into account that a PT score of 280 doesnt even come close to the shape that men were in, in wars WW2 and before. Did you know that even the most in shape soldiers today barely ped the PT test from WW2? I doubt many of us are in good enough shape to storm Normany.
