Boyfriend question? help!!!!???

mmkay. so my boyfriend & i make plans & he tells me he'll call me but sometimes he doesn't so then i have to call him or else like i don't know what time he's going to call. like today he said we'd go 4wheeling in the afternoon, & it's 2:30 & he still hasn't called so i'm not sure when he's going to call. i want to talk to him about it but i'm not really sure how to word it or something. any suggestions?
