My husband is Catholic, I am Baptist, we didn't have a priest at our wedding. Are we legal?

My husband and I have been married 22 years, We were married in a Baptist church, with a minister officiating. My mother in law wanted a priest at the wedding, but he had a medical emergency and couldn't make it. We went on with the wedding. Is it necessary to have a priest at the wedding for it to be recognized in the Catholic religion?
