What do you think? Opinions?

I was wondering what your opinions were on this horse. I ride english, mainly equitation and hunter/jumper. I just wanted to see your opinions,faults you see, if you think he has potential etc. I would definitely want to lower the price (it says price negotiable) and how much would you think he is worth/ how much would you pay 4 him?
